Many businesses in hospitality have been forced to change the way they run in order to stay afloat during the pandemic. Tomorrow’s second lockdown will see many restaurants, pubs and cafes close their doors for four weeks.

Some cafes have been forced to close or change the way their business operates throughout the pandemic. Many cafes have chosen to introduce takeaway options in order to carry on trading.

An Essex business has done just that and has since been awarded the Good Food Award 2021 in the category of cafes.
